MyDoc runs your schedule by your own rules, lets patients book online, reminds them with a link, refills cancelled slots from a waiting list, and times the waiting room, so you can see what is working. No patient app or account needed.
Every new clinic gets a free month.
A paper diary or a shared spreadsheet cannot tell you who confirmed, who is on their way, who has been waiting longest, or which slot just opened. So gaps are found too late, patients wait without knowing why, and nobody can say whether anything is getting better.
MyDoc offers freed time to waiting patients it suits, and counts a visit as recovered only once it has been completed.
E-mail and text reminders go out on their own, with a link to confirm, cancel or move the visit, and the diary updates itself.
A checked-in patient sees how many are ahead of them and a cautious range for the wait, never anyone else's name.
The order a clinic actually reaches for things.
You receive a link and enter the practice's details, country and licence. A person checks them before the clinic is activated, and the first month is free.
Add doctors, working hours and breaks, kinds of visit and closed days. Turn on the online booking page when you are ready.
They book online, confirm by e-mail, get reminder links, and check in. Staff and doctors call them in from the waiting room.
Refill cancelled slots, chase follow-ups, move patients when a doctor is away, and read the results to see what helped.
Patients pick a visit and a time that really fits your hours, breaks, time off and bookings. Nothing is booked, and nothing about them kept, until they open the link in their e-mail and confirm.
E-mail and text reminders carry a link to confirm, cancel, or move to another time with the same doctor, in one step. A patient who replies STOP is respected.
Freed time is offered to waiting patients by what they will accept: doctor, days, hours and notice. When nobody takes it, the front desk is shown the gap to fill.
Check in, call in, start and finish, each step timed. If you turn it on, patients can check themselves in from their reminder link and see how many are ahead of them.
"Come back in a month" is kept where the front desk can see it: who is due, who has been contacted, who has booked and who has come, read from the calendar.
When a doctor will be away, each booked patient gets other times to choose from. Nothing is moved until the patient has agreed, and the change is recorded.
Be found by name, specialty, language or distance on a map, with the next time a patient can book. Fees shown are the ones you have already set. Opt in; nothing about patients is ever shown.
Admin, staff, front desk and doctor roles, authenticator-app sign-in, single sign-on, patient data requests, and an audit trail of who changed things and who looked.
Every figure on the Results page is a count of the clinic's own records under a rule written next to it, set beside the same figure for the period before. Nothing is estimated, and no money is assumed.
A visit counts as recovered only when it was offered from the waiting list, taken, and then completed. Anything not yet over, or not recorded, is shown as not yet known.
Completed, no-shows and late cancellations, with visits whose outcome nobody recorded kept on their own line instead of quietly improving the rate.
Median wait from check-in to being called, the longest wait, and the median consultation, from the times your team records in the waiting room.
How often your booking page was opened from the public directory, how many of those became bookings, and how many of those visits were completed.
The same product on every plan. A plan sets how many doctors and staff accounts a clinic has room for.
