A negotiation or agreement conversation in progress

The meetings that matter most are the ones nobody's recording.

Every AI note-taker on the market joins your video call as a visible bot. But the conversation that actually needs a record — a landlord negotiation, a client agreement, a deposit discussion — usually happens in person or on a phone call, where a bot can't go. So it goes unrecorded, and what was actually agreed becomes a memory, not a document.

Bot-based tools only cover video calls

In-person conversations and phone calls — where a lot of real negotiation happens — are invisible to a meeting bot.

What was agreed becomes "he said, she said"

Without a record, a verbal agreement is only as good as two people's memory of it a month later.

Recordings that sit in the cloud forever

Most recorders keep raw audio indefinitely by default — a growing pile of sensitive recordings nobody asked to keep.

Record, understand, and document — in three steps.

Keep SafeMeet open while you talk. It handles the rest.

1

Tap record, have the conversation

Your microphone captures the conversation directly — in person or on a call. No one else needs an app, and no bot joins anything.

2

AI transcribes and identifies speakers

When you stop, the recording is transcribed with speaker detection, then the raw audio is deleted — unless you've chosen to retain it.

3

Get a recap, or generate a document

Add notes, mark action items, get an AI Recap of key points and decisions, or generate a Meeting Minutes, Agreement Draft, Follow-up Note, or Action Plan document.

Four documents, generated from what was actually said.

Meeting Minutes Agreement Draft Follow-up Note Action Plan

Local, bot-free capture

Records directly through your device — works for in-person conversations and phone calls, not just video calls a bot can join.

Audio deleted by default

The raw recording is deleted once it's transcribed unless you explicitly choose to retain it — a real privacy stance, not just a setting buried in a menu.

AI speaker detection

Transcripts are split by speaker automatically, with the option to rename each one so the record actually reads clearly.

One-tap AI Recap

An opt-in summary covering key points and decisions — a fast way to review a long conversation without re-reading the whole transcript.

Notes & action items

Add free-text notes during or after a meeting, and track action items alongside the transcript, not in a separate app.

Searchable meeting history

Find a past meeting by title or content — every recorded conversation stays organised and searchable in one place.

When what was said matters later, SafeMeet is the record.

A rental deposit conversation, a freelance scope negotiation, a supplier agreement — the moments where "what did we actually agree?" becomes a real question later. SafeMeet turns the conversation itself into the record, generated from what was actually said, not a recollection.

An Agreement Draft from the actual conversation

Generate a draft agreement grounded in what was discussed and decided — a starting point for something formal, not a guess.

A Follow-up Note, ready to send

Summarise what was agreed and send it to the other party — closing the loop instead of letting a verbal agreement drift.

Share it your way

Send any generated document straight through your phone's own share sheet — no separate account for the other party to create.

Only you keep the audio, if anyone

The raw recording is deleted by default — what remains is the transcript and whatever document you chose to generate from it.

Know the law before you hit record

Recording-consent rules vary by jurisdiction — SafeMeet doesn't replace legal advice, so tell the other party you're recording when in doubt.

Find it again when you need it

Search across every past meeting's title and content — useful the day a past conversation becomes relevant again.

Questions we hear all the time

Does SafeMeet join my Zoom or Google Meet call as a bot?
No — that's deliberate. SafeMeet records directly through your device's microphone, so it works for in-person conversations and phone calls too, not just video calls. Keep it open while you talk; it's a foreground tool, not a start-and-forget background recorder.
What happens to the audio after I record?
It's deleted by default once the transcript is generated. You can opt to retain a recording if you want to listen back later, but deletion is the default, not storage.
What documents can SafeMeet generate?
Four types — Meeting Minutes, an Agreement Draft, a Follow-up Note, or an Action Plan — generated from the transcript, plus an optional one-tap AI Recap of key points and decisions.
Is it legal to record a conversation without telling the other person?
It depends on where you are and who you're talking to — recording laws vary by jurisdiction, and Kenya's Data Protection Act carries its own notice obligations. SafeMeet doesn't provide legal advice; when in doubt, tell the other party you're recording before you start.
What if there's no internet connection?
SafeMeet is built so a meeting is never left untranscribed just because the connection was bad — transcription has a resilient fallback path rather than failing outright when the network drops.
Can the other person in the meeting see or use SafeMeet?
They don't need to — only the person recording needs the app. Generated documents can be shared with anyone afterwards through your phone's own share sheet.
